My mission and vision is to facilitate and increase understanding of attitudes and the provision of opportunities for chess players in Nigeria regardless of tribe, gender, religion, or physical disability. To attain this, I am working to provide a positive environment that recognises, accommodates, and embraces the differences between people, and provide a positive image for all chess players.
It is my belief that this approach will encourage healthy emotional cum social development and promote a positive self-worth. My knowledge of the management of human resources has thus far helped me to understand how to meet our players' needs.
