VMOBILE CHIEF ARBITER RULLING POSTED FOR COMMENT ON FIDE FORUM

IM Odion Aikhoje protested the rulling of the Chief Arbiter Eugene during the VMobile chess tournament. Casto Abundo of FIDE advised we post this on the FIDE FORUM so arbiters of the world can comment on it. This is done STRICTLY to help train our chess players and the Arbiters so when a similar situation like this occurs in the future they will know excatly how to deal with it.
